    Webinar Title: Spontaneous AEM Adaptation

Description: Have you ever realized that some of your instructional materials will not allow all of your students to work independently during a last minute lesson plan change? Even though OUR plans change, our students still need independence and consistency. After all, a universally designed environment is ALL of the time, not just when planning is near perfection. With a few simple tools and the magic of optical character recognition (OCR), you can alleviate potential panic by creating accessible educational materials (AEM) in those spur-of-the moments quickly. In this webinar, Kelli will provide participants with multiple, free or low-cost ways to make that happen.

    Date: January 26, 2017
    Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm EST

Webinar Title: Knock Knock"..."Who's there?"..."It's ME!"

Description: As educators, we want to bring out the best in our students. This isn’t something that we should do FOR them; but by providing our students with a universally designed learning environment, they will be able to facilitate their best “ME’’ independently. In doing so, we must offer students multiple means of expression. In this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to observe at least 5 ways that students who might struggle with various aspects of academics can show what they know through the creation of accessible digital products utilizing free/low-cost apps, software, and websites.
